High school district 211 operates one of Illinois' largest school-owned fleets. With approximately 200 buses and vans, we safely transport nearly 9,000 students daily. The safety and security of our students is our ultimate priority.Each day we provide extra service for our students, transporting them to enhanced opportunities supporting their school curriculum, including the performing arts, sports, and career introductions.
Our professional staff, consisting of drivers, bus technicians, and office personnel work diligently to meet and exceed the safety standards set forth by the State and Federal regulations.
We demonstrate and encourage the highest level of dedication within our Transportation department to provide the safest service for the students of District 211.
